Sunset, Post & Floats

One person’s trash is another’s treasure and another’s signpost for their path home. These crab floats end up on the beach after any good storm and find their way onto fences and hanging from tree limbs as souvenirs for local beach combers. They also find their way into my paintings frequently as in this case adding personality to just another “boring” coastal sunset.
