Sunset Hush
It can be difficult to get started painting after any sort of interruption so it’s nice to have something in process I can pick up and run with. I found this watercolor nearly finished, leaning up against a wall behind several layers of studio “stuff”. To be honest I don’t know why it wasn’t completed a year or two ago but I was thrilled to find it again. There is a lot of coastal gray here on the Oregon Coast so bright sunset hues lighting up the sky and reflecting in tide pools are always welcome.
