Return From Silver Point

At the south end of Cannon Beach sits Silver Point with this basalt sea stack. On a morning walk recently I was struck by the light hitting the rock in combination with the dry sand and incoming tide. It was all there in front of me just waiting to be painted.

Return From Silver Point was recently returned to us so we could find a new owner for this original watercolor from 2006.
