Ragged But Right

The title for this watercolor comes from an old “country” song written by George Jones that’s been covered by many musicians over the years. I always thought it would be a great title for just the “right” painting as I’ve lived on the ragged edge of the west coast all my adult life.

From Northern California up through Oregon, Washington, British Columbia and even into SE Alaska you’ll find these treed sea stacks. I just can’t stop painting them.
